TEAL organizations represent a revolutionary approach to work, based on self-management, evolutionary purpose, and wholeness, enabling them to build trust within teams and organizations. In this session, we will highlight the practical application of the 4 Quadrant model, which encompasses process thinking, results thinking, people thinking, and integration. We will demonstrate how these elements interconnect to foster authentic collaboration, strengthen team cohesion, and create organizations that are both successful and sustainable. Being a TEAL leader means integrating all three thinking processes while transitioning from an individual to a collective mindset.

Emotional eating can create a cycle of temporary relief followed by guilt, intensifying mental health issues like anxiety and depression. This cycle affects work performance through fatigue, low motivation, and absenteeism. Practical strategies, including mindful eating and addressing root causes, will be discussed to support healthier, more productive workplaces.
As coaches and consultants, we dedicate ourselves to helping others grow, overcome challenges, and achieve their full potential. But how often do we take the time to reflect on our own resilience and development? In this workshop we’ll turn the lens inward, using the Quintaum diagnostic to uncover our personal strengths and areas for growth before bringing these insights to our work with clients.
How it will work:
