Where do we go from here?
We are living through a period of extraordinary change. Artificial intelligence is redefining how we work, create and make decisions.
Technology is changing how we communicate and connect. The pace of change is accelerating. Assumptions about leadership, careers, organizations and even what it means to be human are being challenged.
The knowledge and experience that helped us navigate yesterday may no longer be enough to navigate tomorrow.
And perhaps this is not the time for more answers. Perhaps it is time for better questions.
Our intention for the 10th anniversary Coaching Conference is to take a step beyond what you have experienced so far.
UNKNOWN is a gathering for people willing to explore what it means to be human, to lead and to create meaningful change in a world we can no longer predict.
It brings together internationally recognized coaches, leaders and thinkers to help us explore how we want to meet what comes our way.
Together, we will ask questions that have no easy answers.
How do we lead when no one knows exactly what comes next?
What remains uniquely human in the age of artificial intelligence?
How do we stay connected in an increasingly fragmented world?
What happens to the value of knowledge when answers become instantly available?
How do we navigate uncertainty without losing ourselves or our direction?
And what kind of future do we want to help create?
UNKNOWN is designed as a journey that unfolds during the day — moving from the world we are leaving behind towards the future we still have the possibility to shape.
What happens when the maps we trusted no longer show us the way?
We begin by looking at the world as it is.
Technology is accelerating. Artificial intelligence is redefining work, knowledge and creativity. Institutions and assumptions we once relied on are being questioned. Change is happening faster than our ability to understand all of its consequences.
This first act is about confronting uncertainty with the courage to acknowledge that some of the answers that brought us here may not take us where we need to go next.
When certainty disappears, what remains?
When answers become abundant, what happens to the value of a great question?
For generations, knowledge gave us an advantage. Today, answers are available almost instantly.
The challenge is increasingly not how to access information, but how to make sense of it.
Perhaps one of the most important human capabilities of the future will not be knowing more but seeing differently. Challenging assumptions. Recognizing what others overlook.
And asking questions that open possibilities we could not see before.
This is where curiosity becomes a capacity for navigating the unknown.
In a world becoming increasingly intelligent, how do we become more deeply human?
We have never been more connected technologically. And yet genuine human connection can feel increasingly difficult.
In this act, we turn our attention to what happens between us: conversation, trust, presence, empathy, language and our ability to truly see and hear another human being.
Because whatever technology becomes capable of, our ability to build meaningful relationships, hold difficult conversations and create trust will remain fundamental to how we live and lead.
Perhaps the future will not ask us to compete with machines at being intelligent.
Perhaps it will ask us to become better at being human.
The future is uncertain. Our participation in creating it is not.
UNKNOWN ends with a choice.
We may not be able to control what comes next, but we can influence how we meet it and what we contribute to it.
The future will be shaped by the questions we dare to ask and by the choices we make after asking them.
Coaching remains at the heart of this gathering. At its best, coaching represents something increasingly important in uncertain times:
In a world with unprecedented access to information and increasingly powerful machines capable of providing answers, our capacity to connect to another human being and ask meaningful questions may become more valuable than ever. This is where coaching has something important to offer the future.

LinkedIn profile →UNKNOWN is designed to keep you engaged. Throughout the day, ideas will become conversations.
You will be invited to:
To challenge some of your own assumptions. And perhaps to leave with different questions from the ones you arrived with.
UNKNOWN is created in partnership with Points of You®, whose philosophy of exploring different perspectives, asking unexpected questions and creating meaningful conversations naturally belongs at the heart of this experience.
Because sometimes a new future begins simply by looking at something from a different point of view.
UNKNOWN is for coaches.
But it is not only for coaches.
It is for leaders, HR professionals, entrepreneurs, consultants, educators, change-makers and curious human beings who sense that something fundamental is changing and want to participate consciously in what comes next.
Learn to meet uncertainty with curiosity rather than fear.
Stay connected when the world seems determined to pull us apart.
Question the maps, assumptions and stories we have inherited.
Create meaningful conversations that can change what happens next.
Move beyond easy answers and discover the power of a better question.
Take responsibility for the future that we help create together.
