The central theme of this year’s conference is the Sense of Belonging and Connection within teams.

This thematic foundation is of exceptional significance as it directs team potential and individual motivation toward a common goal. Teamwork can be seen through the lens of a puzzle, where each team member represents a unique piece with their strengths, weaknesses, values, vision, and goals. However, when all these pieces come together in the right way, a beautiful picture is created. Marilyn Atkinson
Founder & President of Erickson Coaching International
Dr. Marilyn Atkinson, founder of Erickson College and creator of the Solution-Focused and Outcome-Oriented Coaching model, played a key role in advancing Solution-Focused Psychology, NLP, and Meta Program Analysis for global hiring and managerial practices. As an Industrial Psychologist, she tailored solution-focused methods for diverse corporate settings, ensuring their effectiveness and simplicity for managers. With a background as a dedicated student of Milton Erickson and collaboration with Fritz Perls, she named Erickson College and developed impactful coach training programs worldwide. Over the past decade, she has focused on corporate and specialized coach training programs, impacting 33 countries. As a former Registered Organizational Psychologist, NLP Master Trainer, and expert in Ericksonian Communications, Marilyn has been instrumental in guiding global companies and leaders through Solution-Focused and Outcome-Oriented Coaching methodologies.

Mickaël is a process communication model® master trainers director and certifies pcm trainers and coaches around the world. He is also a facilitator, executive coach, supervisor. Before becoming the chief operating officer of Kahler Communications, inc. In 2018, Mickaël worked as a consultant at KCI and was responsible for creating, organizing, selling, facilitating, and managing the quality of the personal development and soft skills assessment training. In the past 12 years, Mickaël has trained more than 10,000 people on a variety of subjects including the process communication model, public speaking, communication management, and leadership skills. Mickaël has also been studying comedy since he was 11 years old, and has worked as a freelance comedian since 1997. As a drama school graduate, he is a vocal coach with 19 years of experience as an actor, Mickaël integrates comedy and emotional expression in his facilitations.
